Our Story

Grilled over charcoal since 1999

For more than two decades, The Grill has been a landmark on the El Gouna lagoon — where timeless Egyptian recipes meet the smoke and fire of the charcoal grill. From hand-rolled mezze to prime cuts turned slowly over glowing embers, every dish honours the flavours, the heritage and the warmth of our culture.
